It has Two reservoir of the Shanan Power House - the oldest Hydro -electric  power house of Northern India. The Uhl  river flows here which is famous for Trout fishing.  One can reach Joginder Nagar from Delhi  by Train  and by Air (Gaggal airport 80 kms) also.
This valley is a paradise for the trekkers and one can explore the new areas like – KHOTIKOHAR ; BARA GRAM; LOHARDI; PALACHAK (2770 m) and can trek upto Kullu / Manali.
