  • Get proper vaccination done before going for a camping trip. This is because when you are out in the adventure zone, you might be attacked by unwanted diseases but if the vaccinations are done well, you will be out of danger. Some common vaccines are tetanus, Hepatitis, pertussis, meningitis and so on.

  • Always stay in a group while you are on a camp and trek. Especially in case of kids, you should never leave them alone in the camping site.

  • Stay away from wild animals. This is because the wild animals may carry harmful diseases. Thus getting much close to them can be adverse for your health.

  • Carry enough of clothing materials and blankets so that you can stay away from getting fevers.

  • Protect yourself from insects by using insect repellents. Use both the spraying type of repellents and the cream type that is to be applied on your body.

  • Take healthy and fresh foods along with you in air tight boxes. Do not east spicy food because you may get digestive problems.
